ご来店当日は、店内のさまざまなフレームをじっくりご覧いただきながら、ご自身の感性でお選びになったのが、LOTHO「CAROL LT1302 #5」。ニューヨークで経験を積み、現在はフランスを拠点に活動されている日本人女性デザイナー・COCOさんが手がけるブランドならではの、クラシカルでありながらファッション性の高い一本です。ラウンドともボストンとも取れる玉型に、少しクセのあるユニークな佇まい。洗練された美しい生地づかいも印象的で、選ばれたXiaojing様の雰囲気にもしっくりと溶け込んでいました。日本製ならではの丁寧なつくりも魅力のひとつです。今後、カラーレンズを入れてアレンジされるのもきっと素敵だと思います。

◆LOTHO CAROL LT1302 #5

This is Xiaojing, who purchased the LOTHO “CAROL LT1302 #5”. On this occasion, she visited us together with Cheng, who has already been a customer twice before, along with their family, all the way from the United States. We feel truly honored and grateful that they chose to stop by our store from such a distance among so many options.

During their visit, Xiaojing carefully explored various frames in the shop and ultimately selected the LOTHO “CAROL LT1302 #5.” This frame is part of a collection designed by COCO, a Japanese female designer who honed her craft in New York and is now based in France. It beautifully embodies her signature style—classic yet highly fashionable. With a lens shape that blends elements of both round and Boston styles, it carries a unique and slightly playful character. The refined and striking acetate design perfectly matched Xiaojing’s personality, while the meticulous Japanese craftsmanship added further charm. We believe it would also look wonderful with tinted lenses for a customized touch.
