今回のお目当ては、「東洋人に合う掛け心地の良いメガネ」。日本製フレームを中心にご提案させていただき、その中でも特にフィット感とデザインに優れたEYEVANのMarkham PBKをお選びいただきました。

【Markham PBK】は、クラシカルかつCOOLな印象を与えるセルフレームです。1972年に「着るメガネ」をコンセプトに誕生したEYEVANは、卓越した職人技術とデザインを融合させたCRAFTシリーズやEYEVAN7285で高い評価を受けています。2017年9月には、「Capsule collection」として80年代の代表的なモデルを復刻し、新たなEYEVANラインを発表。その一環として登場したMarkhamは、現代的な要素を取り入れつつも、クラシカルな美しさをしっかりと感じさせる一本です。

EYEVANは、1972年に「着る眼鏡」をコンセプトとして生まれた、日本を代表するアイウェアブランド。当時のデザインチームが美意識と感性を取り入れ、熟練職人が一本一本丁寧にハンドメイドで制作していました。2018年に「Capsule collection」を発表し、1980年代の代表モデルを復刻する形でブランドが再始動。現在では、クラシックな魅力を持ちながらも現代的な使い勝手を兼ね備えたアイウェアとして、国内外で多くのファンを魅了しています。

We are delighted to introduce CAM, who visited our Shinjuku store from Canada with his wife, SY (Customer Feature 4551).

CAM was looking for glasses with a comfortable fit for Asian facial features. Based on this request, we recommended Japanese-made frames, and among the options, he chose the EYEVAN Markham PBK for its exceptional fit and design.

The Markham PBK is a classic yet cool acetate frame. EYEVAN, established in 1972 with the concept of "eyewear to wear like clothing," has earned high praise for its expert craftsmanship and innovative design, especially with its CRAFT series and EYEVAN7285 line. In September 2017, EYEVAN launched the "Capsule Collection," reviving iconic models from the 1980s under the EYEVAN line. The Markham, part of this collection, integrates modern elements while retaining a timeless, classic charm.
